Overstay Fines and Additional Invoicing
In the event of an overstay that has not been included in the initial invoice, our team will contact you to issue an additional invoice as part of completing your visa or KITAS extension process. Processing times exclude weekends and public holidays. Overstaying a visa or KITAS is subject to a fine of IDR 1,000,000 (one million Indonesian Rupiah) per day, in accordance with Indonesian immigration regulations. rajaampatvisa.com is not responsible for covering any overstay fines.
Additional Documents and Fees
Visa and KITAS applications or extensions may require additional supporting documents. This may result in extra costs. Our team will review your submission and promptly inform you if additional requirements are necessary.
Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued if the application or extension process cannot be completed, subject to our applicable refund policy. Please refer to our Refund Policy page for full details.
Application Deadlines
For visa applications, clients must ensure all required documents are submitted and the application process is initiated at least 14 days prior to the visa expiration date.
For KITAS extensions, the application process must be initiated at least 30 days prior to the KITAS expiration date.
Payment and Processing
Processing of visa or KITAS applications will only commence once full payment has been received in our account and all submitted documents have been verified as accurate and complete.
Location Requirement
To apply for a visa or KITAS extension through rajaampatvisa.com, applicants must be physically present in Indonesia. If the process is conducted outside our primary service areas, additional fees may apply.
Biometrics
After the application has been submitted, applicants are required to attend a biometrics appointment in person at the local immigration office. You will be notified via WhatsApp once your biometrics schedule becomes available.
